Subsea Construction Support

Supporting subsea infrastructure across the asset life cycle in oil and gas, renewables, interconnectors and data infrastructure.

Ross Offshore delivers subsea construction support for offshore wind, interconnectors, data infrastructure, oil and gas, carbon capture and storage (CCS), decommissioning and marine infrastructure projects. Our services include trenching, dredging and excavation, subsea rock installation, anchor and CAN installation, offshore cable operations, and subsea inspection, repair and maintenance.

Support spans scope definition, method development and constructability through offshore execution, verification and handover.

Drawing on almost 30 years of operational experience, we combine specialist teams with fit-for-purpose vessels and equipment, supported by design, engineering, geoscience and marine assurance expertise. This integrated capability helps clients manage offshore interfaces and execution risk across installation, operations and maintenance (O&M), intervention and decommissioning.

Our right tool, right vessel, right job approach keeps delivery proportionate to the scope. Lean project teams, flexible vessel solutions and the ability to bundle suitable activities under one delivery structure help reduce interfaces, contractual complexity and unnecessary cost, while maintaining clear accountability from planning through offshore execution.

    Trenching, Dredging and Excavation

Ross Offshore delivers trenching, dredging and excavation campaigns for offshore energy and marine infrastructure projects. We mobilise fit-for-purpose assets, specialist tooling and trusted delivery partners, selecting the most appropriate execution method for each scope. Long-standing relationships with key subcontractors, combined with our marine operations expertise, help clients maintain schedule certainty, reduce execution risk and deliver efficient subsea construction programmes.

    Subsea Rock Installation

Ross Offshore manages subsea rock installation campaigns supporting scour protection, free-span correction, stabilisation and mechanical protection of subsea assets, cables and pipelines. We coordinate seabed preparation, excavation support, debris clearance, survey and ROV interfaces through to installation verification and handover, ensuring compliance with placement criteria, minimising rework, protecting schedules and delivering predictable offshore execution.

    Anchor Solutions

Ross Offshore provides support for suction anchor, penetration anchor and pile anchor installation campaigns for offshore wind, mooring systems, subsea infrastructure and well construction projects. We manage the deployment and installation of CAN, CANductor and Cap-X systems. Our delivery spans performance monitoring and offshore interface management. Drawing on our field-proven anchor installation processes, installation verification and traceable reporting provide clients with confidence in long-term asset integrity.
